How do I add my data?

Enter stage totals for each reporting period. Weekly entry is recommended. You can add historical totals when their definitions and periods match your setup. Leave missing numbers unknown. Automatic platform connections are not included yet.

Is this right for a new business?

LeaxAI is most useful once you have an offer, content activity and leads to measure. If you are still deciding what to sell or have very little activity, build that foundation first.

Will I need to wait three months?

You can start by mapping your system and reviewing the data you already have. Three months builds a record, usually around 13 weekly observations. Insights can arrive earlier. Confidence depends on your data and sales cycle.

Does this track every person across platforms?

No. The journey connects the channels and stages you define, using the measurements and source information available to you. It does not identify every anonymous viewer or reconstruct every individual buying path. Unknown sources remain visible.

What does private strategy include?

A 90-minute setup session, six 45-minute reviews across the first three calendar months, software access, and bounded asynchronous support. It covers interpretation, priorities, and implementation coaching. Content production, editing, posting, and running your channels require a separate agreement.

Is agent access included?

Yes. Both plans include the agent and 1,000 AI credits each month, starting with activation. Ask about your data and review supported changes before approving them. You can buy more credits in the workspace. Coaches cannot view your saved conversations.

What happens after the initial term?

Software renews at $199/month after the first three calendar months. Cancel renewal and keep access through your paid period. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first software purchase. Guided continuation is agreed separately; see the plans for its price and session details.

Does contacting sales charge me?

No. A guided-plan inquiry creates no charge or obligation to purchase. Software has a separate checkout.
