LeaxAI purchase and application terms.

LeaxAI is operated by Sebastin Lyonns, a United States sole proprietor. These terms describe the current software offer and guided-service application.

Software access and renewal

The launch special charges eligible first-time software customers $497 for the first three calendar months instead of the standard $597. It is limited to the first 25 successful eligible purchases. A checkout reservation does not consume an offer place; successful payment does. Cancellation, refund, or another checkout does not restore eligibility. After the initial term, software renews at $199/month until canceled. The checkout shows the amount due immediately and the date recurring monthly billing begins. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

The initial launch is offered to customers in the United States. Wider availability will be added after applicable tax, payment and support requirements are configured.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel future renewal. Unless a refund ends access, cancellation preserves access through the period already paid. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first software purchase. After that period, voluntary refunds are not prorated. This policy does not limit remedies required by law or correction of duplicate or incorrect charges.

Software support

Software support covers account access, billing questions, defects and help using the documented product. Contact support@tlyonns.com. We aim to reply within two business days. Support does not include continuous monitoring, content production or guaranteed business results.

Guided service

Guided access is $3,000 for the initial three calendar months and includes software, one 90-minute setup session and six 45-minute strategy reviews. Guided continuation and service-specific scheduling, cancellation and support terms are agreed before payment.

Applying for guided service asks us to review your business context and contact you. An application creates no charge, subscription or guarantee of acceptance.

Capabilities and results

Both plans include the conversational agent for active software workspaces. It sends bounded authorized evidence to the model provider selected in the workspace and can make mistakes. Review its cited evidence before acting on an answer. It may prepare workspace layouts, supported channels, eligible single-channel funnel changes, reporting records and experiments. Each change is shown for review and applied only after the account owner confirms it. It cannot change permissions or billing, edit multi-segment journeys, delete data, or send communications through the agent. Agent requests use a displayed credit budget. Software includes 1,000 credits at activation as the first monthly allowance, then refreshes to 1,000 at the start of each UTC calendar month while eligible. Unused included credits do not roll over. Model availability and credit costs are shown in the workspace. Optional paid top-ups have separate terms shown before checkout. Demonstration data and theoretical examples do not represent customer results. No particular number of leads, revenue, return on ad spend, or growth outcome is promised.
